Pyura chilensis is an immobile ocean creature found in the coastal waters of Chile and Peru. Despite its crimson appearance, this creature has clear blood and is capable of both sexual and asexual reproduction. Its meat contains the rare element vanadium, a rare metal used to strengthen steel. It is reportedly delicious.
